Every time you sponsor a new member who places an order, you can get paid up to 20% on their first order. This weekly bonus allows you to put money into your bank account immediately, while your residual income builds and grows.
- To qualify for the FSB, Distributors must have a minimum of 50 PV through any combination of personal purchases, retail sales and Preferred Customer purchases in every four week period.
- The FSB is paid on each order a Distributor places within their first 30 days. Autoship orders do not qualify to have FSB paid on them.
- The FSB payout percentage is based on the Sponsor’s PV in the last four week period.
- 5% payout if the Sponsor’s PV is 50-99 CV ($100 maximum payout per Enrollee)
- 10% payout if the Sponsor’s PV is 100-199 CV ($200 maximum payout per Enrollee)
- 20% payout if the Sponsor’s PV is greater than 200 CV ($400 maximum payout per Enrollee)

According to a three-year study that researched over 300 network marketing programs covering a forty-year period, the average attrition rate for most companies is 85% every 18-24 months. This means that out of every 100 distributors, only 15 will remain.
One of the primary reasons for this is that it takes far too many people in most plans just to break even on your monthly product purchase. The average number is 25-50 people, and that's before you make any profit whatsoever. The Break Even Bonus (BEB) is Yoli's solution to this troubling fact that plagues nearly all companies.
The Break Even Bonus is calculated before all other bonuses and is only paid to Distributors who are active on autoship.
- All active distributors on autoship who generate at least 50 PV minimum every four weeks are qualified for the BEB. Eligible Distributors receive up to the Wholesale Autoship price, up to a max of $239.92. The BEB grows with you and continues to be paid as long as your Personal Enrollees are active. The BEB is paid to the Personal Enroller only.
- Every time a personally enrolled Preferred Customer or Distributor processes their Autoship, the BEB amount of the items ordered are given to the qualifying direct sponsor towards covering the cost of their own Autoship. See below for the BEB amount of each pack in the parentheses.
Example: If you’re on an Autoship of $59.98, and you sponsor two Distributors, one on an Autoship of $124.95 and the other on an Autoship of $239.92, your BEB is $20.00 plus $40.00, totaling $60.00. You’re now earning enough BEB commission bonus every month to completely cover your Autoship every four weeks.
Binary Team Commission (Placement Tree)

The Yoli Binary Team Commission (BTC) is your primary source of residual income as an independent distributor. Binaries are proven to create massive growth through creating synergy and teamwork. Spillover adds fuel to the fire as new team members can be placed below you on your team. As more new team members are added, the momentum continues to build, and it takes on a life of its own.
The Binary Team Commission (BTC) is your primary source of residual income as an
Independent Distributor. When you join Yoli, you will be placed on the Left or Right side, or Leg, of your Sponsor’s Binary Structure. You earn commissions and rewards based on your ability to sponsor and train Distributors in just two Legs; your left and right.
The Leg with the most GV is your Power Leg or stronger leg, and the lesser leg is your Pay Leg. The Distributors you sponsor may place new Distributors below themselves, thus building product volume in your Binary organization. Also, your Upline may place Distributors below you. This volume also counts toward your qualifications and commissions. As you accumulate GV on both sides of your binary structure, you will qualify for team commissions based on the total weekly volume in your Pay Leg. BTC is calculated based on the ranks and qualifications. The following rules apply to your BTC payout:
- All Active Distributors at the rank of Future Star or higher are eligible for BTC and must have one personally enrolled active Distributor on each side of the binary tree.
- BTC payout is 10% of Pay Leg volume in a given period. This is the equivalent of 5% from
both legs, down to the volume depth of the Pay Leg. Pay Leg volume includes all PV
over 200 PV in a given period and all Personally Enrolled Preferred Customer volume.
- Power Leg volume is reduced each week by the same amount used from the Pay Leg.
- A Distributor can earn up to $12,500 per Business Center per weekly period.
- All unused Power Leg volume can carry forward from week to week, up to (a rolling) 53 weeks, as long as the Distributor remains active. Unused Pay Leg volume can carry forward up to four weeks.
- If a distributor becomes inactive, all volume is reset to zero (0). Here’s an example of a Binary structure. In this scenario, you are active with 100 in personal product volume, you’re on Autoship, you have two personally sponsored, active Distributors, and you’ve accumulated 600 in volume on your power leg (your right leg) and 375 in volume on your pay leg (your left leg).
According to the rank and qualifications description found in the 'Rank & Qualifications' pull-down menu, you’re qualified as a "3 Star" and eligible for a 10% payment on the 375 of volume on your pay leg (or a $37.50 check). The remaining 225 in volume on your power leg will carry over until your next commission period.
Unilevel Executive Matching Bonus (UEMB)

To give special incentives to our top Distributors, we have created the Unilevel Executive Matching Bonus (UEMB). This bonus allows top Distributors to earn an additional matching bonus based on the performance of personally sponsored Distributors, and the Distributors they have sponsored creating the Enrollment Tree. The UEMB pays ever-increasing depth and percentages based on rank qualifications.
- To participate in the Unilevel Executive Matching Bonus, a Distributor must be a qualified 5 Star Gold or above. UEMB matches a fluctuating percentage of the downline Distributor’s binary bonus payout.
- UEMB can never be more than a distributor’s pay leg or lesser leg volume.
- UEMB is paid on all Distributors, regardless of rank.
- With Dynamic Compression, a level can include tens to hundreds of Distributors.

Designed for top leaders, this bonus allows Yoli's leading distributors to share in the total global revenue generated by all Yoli distributors, worldwide. Right now, Yoli is focused on the US market only, however, Yoli plans to enter many international markets in the future.
All bonus pools will be qualified for quarterly (every 10 to 13 weeks). The quarterly bonuses are distributed on the 13th week of the quarter. Distributors are paid in only one pool group. This pool is determined by their highest qualifying pool for a minimum of 10 of the 13 weeks.
1/2 % Pool for Diamond, Double Diamond, and Triple Diamond Distributors with
the shares divided as follows:
- Diamond receives a base of one share per week for qualifying and an additional share for every 10,000 GV in the enroller tree per week. A Diamond can earn a maximum of ten shares per week.
- Double Diamond receives a base of 1.25 shares per week for qualifying and an additional 1.25 shares for every 10,000 GV in the enroller tree per week. A Double Diamond can earn a maximum of ten shares per week.
- Triple Diamond receives a base of 1.50 shares per week for qualifying and an additional
1.50 shares for every 10,000 GV in the enroller tree per week. A Triple Diamond can earn a maximum of ten shares per week.

Distributors with the shares divided as follows:
- Blue Diamond receives a base of one share per week for qualifying and an additional

In the Binary/Unilevel Hybrid, because of the explosive nature of the plan, and the fact that much of the volume that is paying Distributor commissions is shared volume, it’s necessary to cap weekly earning potential. Caps help assure Distributors both fair and lucrative incentives, while protecting the company. Earnings caps have been implemented in all Binary/Unilevel Hybrids as a safety net. These modern-day advances have stabilized the plan to the point that the new hybrid has no competition.
Ranks and Their Qualifications
Yoli compensation is substantial. However, to continue to earn ever-increasing income on shared volume, you must qualify for the next rank.
